BEATS & LICENSING
How are the beat(s) delivered to me?
Your beat(s) will be instantly available for download directly from the order summary page once you checkout and your payment has been processed. You will also receive a confirmation email with the download links. The file type of the beat will depend on your chosen license, we have MP3, WAVs and the WAV stems available (24 bit, 44.1kHz)
Are the beats still tagged when I buy a license?
No. All licenses come with the untagged version(s) of the beat(s). Regardless of which license you purchase.
I have never purchased a beat online before, where do i start?

Once I purchase a beat, will it be removed from the beatstore?
If you buy a non-exclusive lease license the beat will remain in the beat store. If you purchase a beat from the “Exclusive Only” section HERE, the beat will be taken down immediately on purchase.
I cant find a beat in your beat store, what shall I do?
Be sure to use the search bar on the main beat player with the correct beat name and spelling. If the beat does not show up, please feel free to contact us here. We may have sold the exclusives rights to the beat or simply decided it was time to take the beat down to make space for new productions.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
What's your price for Exclusive Rights?
Exclusive rights pricing depends on the beat. Prices for beats to be taken off the site that are being leased start at $500 upwards to $3000. Beats with hooks are not available exclusively. For a better price on exclusive beats it’s best to keep an eye on our “Exclusive Only” catalogue HERE
Do you offer custom beats or mixing services?
No. Due to time constraints, I currently don’t offer these services, unfortunately.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Stripe) payments.
Do You Accept payment plans?
We accept payment plans on exclusive rights purchases only. A 30% down deposit is required and the maximum amount of payments in the plan is 4. Please enquire directly with dream@dreamlifebeats.com.
I received a Coupon Code, how do I use it?
Go to the beat store and click ‘add to cart’, select your license, and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page is where you can apply the coupon code.
ORDERS & ERRORS
Can I get a refund?
No, we don’t issue refunds with the exception of when a duplicate payment was accidentally made.
I have a problem with one of the files!
Please use the contact form above and specify the problem. Please include the order ID or the email address you used to make the purchase.
I haven't received my files?
Please check your spam folder as it’s probably in there. If not, please contact us using the contact form above. Please include the order date and the email address you used to make the purchase. We’ll get back to you ASAP!
I lost the audio files I purchased!
Once you have downloaded your files, it is your responsibility to store them somewhere you have access to them. However, if we still have the files stored we can send them again. lease send us an email using the contact form above and let us know when you placed the order and which email address you used to purchase. We’ll get back to you ASAP!
I want to make a change to the License Agreement
Unfortunately, the license agreement is auto-generated by our beat store. We can however make an internal note for any requested changes to the agreement. Please inquire using the contact form above.
